TNA iMPACT! discussion: Who is champion, heel?

I won’t watch the show now, I will later

When was there a TNA game for PS2?

Anyway, Kaz vs Petey is a match announced if I am correct

TNA LIVE Show Discussion

Come on people, its TNA first Live Show on TV.

COME ON.

TNA Impact Discussion: Feast or Fired

I thought it was time that TNA Impact! got it’s own discussion post. After all, it’s been kicking ass lately, and is better than most of the stuff that the WWE has been putting on.

Discuss Impact! here.

P.S…Karen Angle is really, really hot. Seriously. Why didn’t the WWE capitalize on her? And, FYI, Lee South’s photostream on Flickr is a gold mine.

Ron Killings Gone From TNA

PW Insider is reporting that Ron Killings has left TNA. Apparently a message on his MySpace says that he’s looking to return to his “old stomping grounds.”

I couldn’t actually find that specefic message on his MySpace account, but there is something on there about him taking bookings, so it looks like he’s gone from TNA.

Any chance WWE signs him? I think he’d be a perfect fit for them, quite honestly. He has the potential to be a huge star in the WWE because he can wrestle and he can entertain.

WWE/TNA: Notes and rumors. SPOILER ALERT!!!!

WWE

Change in Flair storyline
The angle of the “Road of retirement” of Flair is going thru various changes being this the reason that Flair wasn’t on TV this past Monday.

There are still no details but it seems the story line will go turn into a minor story other than planned.

End of ECW story
Vinny Mac made the decision to end the Balls Mahoney/Kelly Kelly storyline because they see a lot of potential in her and they believe it’s wrong to associate her with a wrestler at this moment.

In addition, there has been talks to move her to one of the other shows.

TNA

Notes and rumors of the company
-The ex race car driver Hermie Sader will be a permanent commentator next to Don West and Mike Tenay (These guys will never learn)

-Up to this moment they have no interest in Chris Masters

-Reports say Samoa Joe apologies for his comments on Turning Point what’s interesting is that he was not part of the recordings for the next two shows.

-It is being rumored Judas Mesias Vs Abyss for the January PPV.

TNA show recordings. SPOILER!!! DO NOT READ PAST HERE IF YOU HATE SPOILERS!!

In the recordings for the December 13 show, Judas Mesias makes his return to TNA when in a segment James Mitchell calls Abyss to come to the ring but of course it’s a trap and Mesias leaves Abyss bloodied in the ring.

Scott Steiner beats BG James, Petey Williams and Christopher Daniels. The wrestlers open their briefcases from Turning Point (Daniels wins his from Senshi) Steiner gets a shot at the X Division title, Williams for the World title and BG for the tag titles and Daniels is out of the company.

Kaz over Relik. After the match Black Reign comes out attacks Kaz and puts the rat on him.(Flashbacks of Jake the Snake done way better!)

Booker over Chris Harris

Black Machismo over Johnny Devine

Robert Roode and Angle over Christian Cage in a handicap match. The heels keep on atacking and AJ Styles comes down but doesn’t make the save. (About time!)

TNA News and Potential Spoiler

If you’re one of those people who hates hearing spoiler news then stop reading right now but I think this is important enough to bring up so here it goes. It appears that the fallout from Joe making his statement last night was HUGE in the back. Joe went way further then TNA thought he would and the person who he looked at when he said “fire me” was Dixie Carter. When they got to the back after the match Nash and Joe got into a heated argument, but things appeared to have calmed down and Joe apologized to everyone this afternoon when they arrived for the IMPACT! taping for going overboard.

The real news though is that when the talent got to the show this afternoon Dixie Carter brought everyone’s contract into the locker room and told anyone who wanted out that they would be granted an unconditional release on the spot. Apparently Senshi accepted the offer and is now gone from TNA. This seems to point that Senshi saved someone’s job because they can write him out of the script with his box being the pink slip for the Feast or Fired match. Leaving someone with a job who should have been fired (although I’m sure they’ll just be fired after tonight anyway).

This is pretty huge news for me because I’m a diehard ROH fan and Senshi (or Low Ki) is a former ROH World Champion. As most people know there has never been a two time ROH World Champion and with American Dragon and Austin Ares both making serious pushes for becoming the first 2x Champion I would absolutely lose my mind if Low Ki turned up back in ROH after this whole ordeal.

Scott Hall no-shows. Samoa Joe cuts shoot promo on TNA brass

Sorry to one-up your last post, Lex, but this calls for it. Scott Hall no-showed. TNA management gave Joe a mic and told him to satisfy the crowd. He did. He cut a shoot promo about how dumb TNA management is. How stuck up the WWE retreads are. How people like Nash are just padding their pensions. How the guys that work the hardest there get screwed over while people like Hall and Nash can no show a main event.

In the middle of the promo, Joe looked at someone off screen and said, “I don’t care if you’re mad. Go ahead and fire me then.”

The fallout from this will be very interesting! TNA’s back is against the wall on this one.

If they fire Joe after that promo, more than half the locker room will go with him.

TNA Turning Point Discussion: Outsiders Return

Sorry I was little late with this one…discuss the TNA PPV here!

State Of The Titles: Nov 2007

What’s this? The singles titles in WWE are starting to get some prestige back? If November is a sign of things to come then that is definitely the case. The Intercontinental and US titles are in the capable hands of Jeff Hardy and MVP respectably. With the latter just waiting on Matt Hardy to return and his brother in a potentially huge feud with Triple H, there is definite potential as WWE move into the new year. And that’s before we even look at the big three titles:

Randy Orton
It looks like Randy Orton has cleaned up his act and really jumped on the opportunity he was given. Though it feels like he took a dozen super kicks this past month, he ultimately came out looking very strong against Shawn Michaels at Survivor Series. While he won’t ever be flamboyant and brash like The Rock, Chris Jericho etc, he has a manner all of his own that is really starting to come to the surface. While it looks inevitable he will drop the belt to Jericho, I can’t see it happening immediately. He will get plenty of RKO’s in before it does happen.

CM Punk
The Smackdown and ECW roster exchange is just the thing CM Punk needs right now. He has more to offer than what ECW can provide yet ECW badly needs him as their top face, so he’s really been wasting away these past months on the show with an uneventful title run. His mini feud with The Miz and John Morrison hinted at the potential of the new generation of WWE stars though.

Batista
Batista is on a roll right now. Firstly, there was the shock victory against Great Khali to win the heavyweight title, then there was the renewed feud with the Undertaker. Those two have some great chemistry in the ring and they put on some great performances. Now that Edge is back things look even better. I think it would be rash to rush the title off of Batista, but it’s looking increasingly likely he will get screwed out of it by Edge and Vickie Guerrero.

TNA
I thought I would group the TNA titles together because it looks like they have forgotten what a title feud is all about. Angle’s feud with Sting was more about personal issues than about taking the gold and he’s now wasting away time in a feud with The Outsiders who aren’t interested in the title belt either. The X Division provides some potential now that Team 3D have stolen the belt but right now I can’t see it leading to anything special. With Tomko injured that’s the tag division on hiatus too. Come on TNA, let’s see someone step up and have a good old fashioned title chase!

A long needed dose of indy wrestling

I know, I know. I’ve been slacking on posting indy matches every week. I’ve been very busy at a new job, but I bring you a great one, today. This one is from UWF and features a triple threat between TJ Mack, Human Tornado, and The Man-Scout Jake Manning.

If the ring looks familiar, it’s because it’s the same kind used for TNA. I’m glad to see other promotions adopting the six sided ring, as it’s a good style.

D-RAY 3000 awareness program(by popular demand)

[An important message to all our fans:PWB writers are professionally trained morons. The posts we make on this blog take years to perfect. We urge all our fans never to try and copy what we do on this blog at home or school.Stay safe. Please don’t try this.]

Wrestling is a difficult business. It’s a cut throat way of life.People who don’t deserve the spotlight often end up getting it and those who do are often released with ‘good luck in future endeavors’.One such person who was released is the super duper wrestler and entertainer among entertainers D-RAY 3000.D-ray is one of the best wrestlers ever to grace a ring.

D-RAY is also the owner of the greatest afro in pro wrestling history but unfortunately since TNA got rid of him D-ray suffered a lack of confidence and thus shaved his afro in order to get more serious on the indy circuit. This is a case of how the system got him.D-ray is a consummate gentleman. He makes a serious effort to groom himself every single day unlike Chucky palumbo who hasn’t cleaned himself in 10 years.Take a look at the photo below for proof.

D ray’s clean good looks and wrestling ability have made him a hit with the ladies.Whenever D-ray wrestles ladies flock to the arena.D-ray is a huge hit with the people of Africa ,he was the former Ethiopian heavyweight champ and competed against MVP on smackdown. He is also one half of the real world’s greatest tag team with Sharkboy. This team is even better than the Briscoes. The ‘fro blow’ and the ‘shark bite’ are among the most feared devastating finishing moves in tag team wrestling.

So let’s not rob the world of this amazing performer. He needs to be on tv.Let’s put him back there. Please make it a point to bring D-ray 3000 back into the Impact zone.Let’s start a movement to bring back D-ray 3000.The world needs D-ray.The world wants D-ray.So the next time your at the Impact Zone or know someone who is make sure that the chant of D-ray,D-ray is heard.

TNA Turning Point Promo
